  Horrible customer service. My grandmother was laid to rest today. My mom touched my grandmother hand and it was squishy. My grandfather was an embalmer for all his life and never was someone squishy. When she told Mr.Yarber. He just smirked and said every embalmer is different. Then when my mother told him she would be coming back for the death certificate and to make sure no one else tries to get it. Mr. Yarber then stayed well normally we would give it to and he named someone else in the family. When my mother was the one who is the beneficiary on the life insurance policy , dealt with the funeral arrangements, and was her power of attorney. Mr. Yarber was just very rude during this time when he was supposed to be helping lay my grandmother to rest and seeing to her family. He failed miserably. I’d go to the other funeral home in Mountain View if we could do this all over again.
